Sainfoin white honey is made solely from the nectar and pollen of the Sainfoin flowers that bloom during the summer in the pristine alpine meadows of the Tian Shan mountains in Kyrgyzstan. This White honey is a powerhouse of antioxidants: raw honey contains compounds and antioxidants called flavonoids and phenolics.
The high antioxidant content of white honey protects the body against multiple diseases, including heart disease.
