1. Introduction
Welcome to THE GFT BOX! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
2. Warranty Disclaimer
THE GFT BOX does not provide any warranty on the items purchased through our store. All products are sold "as is" without any warranty, express or implied.
3. RIGHT TO CHANGE PRODUCT PRICES AND SERVICES
THE GFT BOX reserves the right to change & cancel product availability, and prices without any prior approval. We also have the right to modify or discontinue our online shopping services without informing anyone. THE GFT BOX shall not be answerable to you or to any 3rd party for the discontinuance of online shopping services, & any modification, prices & or suspension of products.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel & change your order at any time prior to shipping. If you want to cancel or change your order send mail to hello@thegftbox.ae with the subject “Order Cancellation”. Please add the order tracking number so that we can cancel or change your order instantly. After order cancellation or product amendment, our customer support staff will inform you accordingly.
THE GFT BOX reserves the right to cancel an order(s) for any reason. The common reasons may be your product are out of order or not available in our stock, any pricing errors, item delivery problems, or some uncontrollable circumstances. Our customer support will inform you accordingly.
5. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately to initiate the replacement or refund process. To do this, follow the steps below:
- Contact us within 3 days after receiving the item to inform us of the issue.
- Provide details and photographic evidence of the incorrect or damaged item.
6. Replacement or Refund
Upon verification of the issue, we will send you a shipping label to facilitate the return of the faulty or incorrect item. You must return the item within 3 days of receiving the shipping label.
Once we receive the returned item, we will proceed with one of the following options:
- Replacement: We will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
- Refund: We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item.
7. Return Shipping
THE GFT BOX will provide a shipping label for the return of incorrect or damaged items. It is the customer's responsibility to use the provided shipping label and ensure the item is shipped within the specified timeframe.

Reach out to us via email or phone. We will ask you some basic questions about your requirements. We need practical info like date, location and approximate number of gifts required along with details regarding event aesthetic and branding.

Based on the info you provide, we will come up with initial an gift design concept for your review.

STEP 3: Approval & Payment
We collaborate on design revisions until it's perfect! Once you sign off on the final gift design and submit payment, congratulations! It’s time for us to begin building your gifts!

STEP 4: Assembly & Delivery
We handle all aspects of shipping, delivery and hotel/venue coordination while you sit back, relax and don't worry about a thing!
